Indira Siok Tian Koh, also known as Heavenly Wilson, was born in 1947 in Bangalore, India. Tian has a Heavenly meaning. In 2019, she was 72 years old. Her parents are Malaysians from the Sabah area.

Her family, however, relocated to Singapore shortly after her birth, where she spent her childhood. Her ethnicities are Chinese and Kadazandusun, and she holds an American passport. Her dark eyes and short blonde hair round out her look.

In the summer of 1972, she traveled to Perugia, Italy, to attend an Italian language summer session at the Universita Italiana per Stranieri.
She then traveled to Aix-en-Provence, France, to study French at the Institut d’Etudes Francaises pour Etudiants Etrangers at the Universite D’Aix-Marseilles, before returning to London to work as a solicitor at Stephenson Harwood.
She also worked in the motion picture legal department of Warner Bros. Inc.’s Burbank Studios, where she qualified as a California attorney after passing the State Bar Examination in 1979.
At Warner Bros., she also negotiated employment contracts with actors, writers, directors, and producers, as well as rights purchases from authors.
