Tiffany Arrington was born in Conyers, Georgia, on July 27, 1972. She is of North American descent and was born in the United States. Her birth name was Tiffany “Jill” Arrington.

She later worked as a sideline reporter for FOX Sports, covering women’s tennis and features for FOX NFL Sunday.
For one season, she also co-hosted NFL Under the Helmet on FOX Sports. Arrington hosted the Arena Football League’s pregame show on TNN for three seasons, as well as reporting from the sidelines of arena football games.
She worked for CBS Sports for the next four years as a lead sideline reporter for the Southeastern Conference College Football and US Open Tennis tournaments, as well as a feature reporter on The NFL Today show.
Arrington spent a year at ESPN as the lead college football sideline reporter for primetime games and a feature reporter on ESPN College Gameday.
