Early childhood development and education

Julian Miles, better known as Jools Holland, was born on January 24, 1958, in Blackheath, London, England. He is a white British national with white ethnicity. Holland also joined the television line-up, co-hosting The Tube, a Newcastle-based music show, with Paula Yates. For uttering the unintentional words ‘Be There or be an ungrooved fucker’ in an evening TV teaser, he was suspended from the show for six weeks.

Holland then starred alongside Rowland Rivron in the sitcom The Groovy Fellers. Following that, he and David Sanborn co-hosted NBC late-night television’s Sunday Night.

In addition, in 2012, Holland hosted a BBC2 program. In 2017, he performed on the Pyramid stage of the Glastonbury Festival with his Orchestra, which included a special appearance by Chris Difford.
