Jonathan worked as the deputy editor of the New York Daily News from 2002 to 2004, and starting in 2004, he was the senior counselor of public affairs and senior vice president of the global PR agency Hill & Knowlton. Since 2007, Capehart has worked as a journalist, editorial board member, and MSNBC contributor for The Washington Post.
