Boyd married model Missy Rothstein before Margera met him. On February 3, 2007, the two exchanged vows. Their documented marriage showed on Bam’s Unholy Union, a reality shows that aired in 2007.

Iggy Pop, the punk rocker, performed at the end of the ceremony. Margera revealed that he had to pay $13,000 for damages incurred during the wedding as a result of the chaos that ensued after the guests became inebriated.
